This isn't surface-level life coaching. It's a deep, structured exploration of who you are at your core—and who you're becoming. Rooted in a proven framework, the Metamorphosis Coaching journey unfolds in three signature phases: 🔹 Rediscover – You’ll begin by reconnecting with your core values, identity, and natural strengths. We’ll explore who you’ve been, what shaped you, and what you’re ready to release. 🔹 Reclaim – This phase focuses on passion, purpose, and aligned action. You’ll uncover what lights you up, what matters most, and how to move forward with confidence, vision, and authenticity. 🔹 Reinvent – We bring it all together with strategic life design. You'll craft a personalized blueprint to guide your next chapter—anchored in who you truly are, not who the world told you to be. This work is supported within a curated, intimate group of like-minded women—each navigating their own reinvention, each committed to growth, each holding space for your transformation. You’ll have access to expert coaching, powerful frameworks, thought-provoking journaling prompts, and accountability to stay the course. You’ll leave with more than insights—you’ll leave with a blueprint to navigate midlife powerfully and a renewed sense of self that’s unshakable. Cancellation Policy
🔐 ReinvenHER Coaching Booking Policy By enrolling in a ReinvenHER Coaching program — whether Metamorphosis Individual Coaching, ReinvenHER Blueprint Group Coaching, or EmpowHER Executive Coaching — you are committing to a transformational coaching experience designed to support reinvention, clarity, and meaningful life shifts. 1. Payment Terms Full payment is required at booking through Practice.do to reserve your program. Once purchased, you will be set up as a client on Practice.do to book and manage sessions. Sessions are first-come, first-served, based on coach availability. Payment plans may be offered but must be completed in full; missed payments may result in suspension of sessions. 2. Session Participation & Commitment Individual Coaching (Metamorphosis & EmpowHER Executive): Sessions are live via Zoom at times you schedule through Practice.do. All sessions must be used within your package timeframe. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless canceled with 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals cannot extend the scheduled time. Group Coaching (Blueprint): Sessions occur live via Zoom on fixed dates. Attendance is vital; missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled, and replays are not provided to maintain confidentiality. Participants are expected to attend with openness, respect, and discretion. 3. Refund Policy All coaching sales are final. Packages, sessions, and group enrollments are non-refundable. Due to limited size, group spots are non-transferable. Deferrals or reschedules may be considered in extenuating circumstances but are not guaranteed. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimers Coaching Is Not Therapy: ReinvenHER Coaching is a personal development service, not a clinical or therapeutic treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. Confidentiality: Individual sessions are confidential except as required by law. In group programs, participants are expected to maintain confidentiality, though absolute privacy among participants cannot be guaranteed. Liability: By enrolling, you agree to hold the coach and ReinvenHER harmless from any claims or liabilities related to your participation. Your results depend on your own actions, engagement, and decisions during and beyond the coaching process.
