Refund Policy

At ReinvenHER, we are committed to creating transformative experiences and honoring the investment you make in your personal growth. Because of the nature of our coaching programs, group sessions, and events, our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of our work and the commitment of all participants.

1. Group Coaching Programs (ReinvenHER Blueprint Phases 1 & 2)

Due to the limited size of our pods and the immediate access to program materials upon enrollment, all sales are final.
If you are unable to attend live sessions, recordings may be provided at the discretion of ReinvenHER, but are not guaranteed.
In special circumstances (medical emergency or other significant life event), we may offer a one-time transfer of your enrollment to a future cohort, at our discretion.

2. Private Coaching Packages

All private coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
If you choose to cancel before your first session, you may receive a refund less any administrative or payment processing fees.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the timeframe specified in your coaching agreement, but not refunded.

3. Retreats & In-Person Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.
Full payment is due by the date specified in your event registration.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event start date may receive a partial refund (minus deposit and any non-recoverable vendor fees).
No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event start date, though you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant at the discretion of ReinvenHER.

4. Digital Products

Due to the instant delivery of digital products (including workbooks, recordings, and downloadable resources), all sales are final.

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@reinvenher.com.

We believe that transformation requires both investment and commitment. By enrolling in our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
