ReinvenHER Executive Circles are high-impact group coaching experiences designed for accomplished women ready to elevate their professional impact, refine their presence, and expand their influence. Each Circle provides a confidential, thoughtfully facilitated environment where participants engage in meaningful dialogue, strengthen executive clarity, and navigate growth alongside other high-performing women. Developed in partnership with the sponsoring organization, Executive Circles are tailored to align with strategic priorities and participant needs. Engagements may include facilitated workshops, structured multi-session coaching series, or ongoing advisory support that reinforces learning, application, and long-term growth. Grounded in the ReinvenHER framework, Circles connect identity, values, and intentional action to leadership effectiveness. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and collaborative discussion, participants strengthen decision-making, communication, confidence, and professional impact while developing a leadership approach that is both authentic and sustainable. Program scope, format, cadence, and investment are determined in partnership with the sponsoring organization to ensure alignment with desired outcomes and participant experience. Cancellation Policy
🔐 Corporate Coaching & Workshop Policy By booking a ReinvenHER corporate coaching engagement, workshop, leadership intensive, or related service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment Terms A signed service agreement and payment are required to confirm the engagement date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing includes the scope of services outlined in the proposal or agreement. Additional customization, consulting, coaching, resources, or follow-up services may be provided at an agreed-upon rate. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Engagements may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 business days' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 7 business days' notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at the coach's discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. 3. Customization & Delivery Content may be customized to align with the organization's goals, audience, and culture. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom. Recordings are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in advance in order to support participant confidentiality and psychological safety. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimer 1. Coaching Is Not Therapy Coaching is a professional development service and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 2. Confidentiality & Group Participation ReinvenHER strives to create a safe and respectful environment for discussion and learning. While participants are encouraged to maintain discretion regarding information shared during sessions, confidentiality within a group setting cannot be guaranteed. 3. Limitation of Liability By participating in a ReinvenHER corporate engagement, the client organization and participants acknowledge responsibility for their own decisions and actions. ReinvenHER makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReinvenHER and its representatives shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the engagement.
