ReinvenHER Executive Circles™ are facilitated group coaching experiences built on the ReinvenHER Leadership System™—a human-centered approach to developing confident, authentic, and sustainable leaders. Designed in partnership with organizations, each Circle creates a confidential environment where leaders strengthen not only how they lead, but the foundation from which they lead. Because leadership isn't simply a collection of competencies. It's an expression of identity, values, confidence, stewardship, and the daily choices that shape how we show up for others. Through facilitated coaching conversations, practical leadership frameworks, guided reflection, and peer dialogue, participants strengthen their decision-making, executive presence, communication, resilience, and capacity while learning alongside other accomplished leaders facing similar challenges. Every engagement is customized to the organization's priorities and may include facilitated workshops, multi-session coaching series, executive roundtables, or leadership advisory support designed to create meaningful, sustainable change over time. Rather than delivering information, Executive Circles create the space for leaders to think differently, lead more intentionally, and translate insight into everyday leadership practice. Cancellation Policy
🔐 Corporate Coaching & Workshop Policy By booking a ReinvenHER corporate coaching engagement, workshop, leadership intensive, or related service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment Terms A signed service agreement and payment are required to confirm the engagement date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing includes the scope of services outlined in the proposal or agreement. Additional customization, consulting, coaching, resources, or follow-up services may be provided at an agreed-upon rate. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Engagements may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 business days' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 7 business days' notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at the coach's discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. 3. Customization & Delivery Content may be customized to align with the organization's goals, audience, and culture. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom. Recordings are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in advance in order to support participant confidentiality and psychological safety. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimer 1. Coaching Is Not Therapy Coaching is a professional development service and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 2. Confidentiality & Group Participation ReinvenHER strives to create a safe and respectful environment for discussion and learning. While participants are encouraged to maintain discretion regarding information shared during sessions, confidentiality within a group setting cannot be guaranteed. 3. Limitation of Liability By participating in a ReinvenHER corporate engagement, the client organization and participants acknowledge responsibility for their own decisions and actions. ReinvenHER makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReinvenHER and its representatives shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the engagement.
