Harnessing Your Mid-Life Momentum with ReinvenHER Coaching

Updated: Aug 13

Mid-life is often painted as a time of crisis or uncertainty — but what if it’s actually your most powerful turning point? What if this is the season to channel all of your life experience, wisdom, and resilience into creating something deeply aligned with who you are?

At ReinvenHER, we believe mid-life isn’t about “starting over.” It’s about stepping forward — with clarity, purpose, and the courage to design a life you love.

I’m Jo Ann Eilers, founder of ReinvenHER — and transformation isn’t just something I coach, it’s something I’ve lived. I grew up in a small farming community in Canada, chased big dreams into a modeling career, and then spent 15+ years as a senior executive in the entertainment industry before moving into consulting. I’ve navigated divorce, relocated 2,500 miles without a job or home, and rebuilt my life more than once. Each reinvention taught me that change doesn’t have to be terrifying — it can be exhilarating.

Today, as a transformational coach, I help women approach change with that same zest for life. Whether you’re redefining your career, reshaping your relationships, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, my role is to guide you through the process with honesty, strategy, and a deep belief in what’s possible for you.

Through a blend of one-on-one coaching, small-group pods, and signature programs, you’ll:

  • Gain clarity on what truly matters in this next chapter

  • Create a vision that excites and motivates you

  • Build the roadmap, habits, and support systems to bring that vision to life

Our cornflower blue and white branding reflects the calm strength at the core of our work — creating a safe, empowering space where you can think bigger, dream bolder, and take decisive action.

Your story isn’t winding down — it’s expanding. Change is not the end of your comfort zone, it’s the beginning of your growth zone.

Are you ready to create the life you’ve been waiting for?
