Women of Planful: Be the CEO of Your Life Workshop
In March 2025, as part of Planful’s Women’s History Month programming, ReinvenHER facilitated a 90-minute workshop for the Women of Planful community titled “Be the CEO of Your Life.”
Using the Wheel of Life coaching tool, participants gained a holistic perspective on the 10 key areas of life, illuminating where they were thriving and where opportunities for growth existed. They then applied the Level 10 Goal Setting framework to create actionable ways to strengthen areas needing attention and to further expand growth where they were already excelling.
Why it matters: Gallup research shows that business units with higher employee engagement achieve 14% higher productivity, 78% less absenteeism, and up to 51% lower turnover — results directly tied to employees feeling supported in their well-being.
